1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ReDomain's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Services Description

ReDomain provides the following services:

Domain Registration: Registration and management of domain names across various TLDs.
Domain Transfer: Transfer of existing domains from other registrars.
SSL Certificates: Issuance and management of SSL/TLS certificates.
WHOIS Privacy: Protection of registrant information in WHOIS databases.
DNS Management: Management of DNS records for your domains.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update any changes to your information
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Domain Registration Terms

4.1 Registration Requirements

Domain registration is subject to the policies of the applicable registry and ICANN. You agree to:

Provide accurate WHOIS information as required by ICANN
Respond to WHOIS accuracy verification requests
Comply with the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP)

4.2 Domain Renewal

Domains must be renewed before their expiration date. We will send reminder notices, but it is your responsibility to ensure timely renewal. Expired domains may be:

Subject to a grace period renewal fee
Placed in redemption status
Released and made available for public registration

5. SSL Certificate Terms

SSL certificates are issued by third-party Certificate Authorities (CAs). You agree to:

Provide accurate information for certificate validation
Comply with the CA's Subscriber Agreement
Use certificates only for authorized purposes
Immediately report any key compromise or certificate misuse

6. Payment Terms

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
Payment is due at the time of purchase
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Applicable taxes will be added to your order

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

Any unlawful purpose or illegal activities
Distributing malware, phishing, or spam
Infringing on intellectual property rights
Impersonating others or providing false information
Activities that violate ICANN or registry policies
Child exploitation or abuse material

8. Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our DNS and management services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for:

Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice)
Third-party service disruptions
Force majeure events
Issues beyond our reasonable control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReDomain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, revenue, or business
Loss of data or domain names
Service interruptions or failures
Third-party actions or inactions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReDomain, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of our services
Your violation of these Terms
Your infringement of any third-party rights

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to services:

For violation of these Terms
For non-payment of fees
Upon request from law enforcement
For extended periods of inactivity

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

Informal negotiation (30 days)
Mediation (if negotiation fails)
Binding arbitration (as a final resort)

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
