Domain FAQs
To register a domain:
- Use our domain search tool to find your desired domain name
- Select the domain extension you want (.com, .net, etc.)
- Add the domain to your cart
- Complete the checkout process with your contact and payment details
- Your domain will be registered instantly
To transfer your domain to us:
- Unlock your domain at your current registrar
- Obtain the authorization/EPP code from your current registrar
- Start a transfer request on our Transfer Domain page
- Enter your domain and authorization code
- Complete the payment and confirm the transfer via email
Transfers typically take 5-7 days to complete.
To manage your DNS settings:
- Log in to your account
- Go to "My Domains" section
- Click on the domain you want to manage
- Select "DNS Management"
- Add, edit, or delete DNS records as needed
Domains can be renewed in several ways:
- Auto-renewal: Enable auto-renewal in your domain settings and we'll renew it automatically before expiration
- Manual renewal: Go to "My Domains", select the domain, and click "Renew"
- Email reminders: We send renewal reminders 60, 30, and 7 days before expiration
WHOIS privacy protection hides your personal information (name, address, email, phone) from public WHOIS lookups. When enabled, our proxy information is displayed instead of your personal details, protecting you from spam, identity theft, and unwanted contact.

SSL Certificate FAQs
An SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate encrypts the connection between your website and visitors, ensuring data like passwords and credit card numbers are transmitted securely. You need an SSL certificate to:
- Protect sensitive customer data
- Display the padlock icon and HTTPS in browsers
- Improve SEO rankings (Google prefers secure sites)
- Build trust with your visitors
- Comply with PCI-DSS for payment processing
Domain Validation (DV): Basic validation that verifies domain ownership. Issued in minutes. Best for personal sites and blogs.
Organization Validation (OV): Verifies domain ownership and organization details. Shows organization name in certificate. Best for business websites.
Extended Validation (EV): Highest level of validation with rigorous vetting. Shows organization name prominently. Best for e-commerce and financial sites.
SSL installation steps:
- Generate a CSR (Certificate Signing Request) on your server
- Submit the CSR during SSL purchase or through your account
- Complete domain validation (email, HTTP, or DNS)
- Download your certificate files
- Install the certificate on your web server
- Update your site to use HTTPS

A Wildcard SSL certificate secures your main domain and all its first-level subdomains with a single certificate. For example, a wildcard SSL for *.example.com would secure:
- example.com
- www.example.com
- blog.example.com
- shop.example.com
- And unlimited other subdomains
- DV SSL: Minutes to a few hours
- OV SSL: 1-3 business days
- EV SSL: 3-7 business days
Timing depends on how quickly you complete the validation process.
Account FAQs
You can create an account by:
- Clicking "Register" in the top menu
- During checkout when purchasing a domain or SSL certificate
You'll need to provide your email address and create a password.
- Click "Login" in the top menu
- Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
To enable 2FA for enhanced account security:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account Settings > Security
- Click "Enable Two-Factor Authentication"
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
- Enter the verification code to confirm
To update your profile:
- Log in to your account
- Click on your name or "My Account"
- Select "Account Details" or "Edit Profile"
- Update your information and click Save
Billing FAQs
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

- Bank Transfer (for large orders)

Invoices are automatically generated for all purchases. To access your invoices:
- Log in to your account
- Go to "My Account" > "Orders"
- Click on the order to view details
- Click "Download Invoice" to get a PDF
Domains: Domain registrations are generally non-refundable as they involve third-party registry fees. Exceptions may apply within the first 5 days for certain TLDs.
SSL Certificates: We offer a 30-day refund policy for SSL certificates that have not been issued. Once issued, certificates cannot be refunded.
